SHILLONG: Shillong College Higher Secondary and College boys’ football team representing East Zone I defeated Gandharpur Vidyamandir of Kolkata by 2 goals in the semi-finals of the National Championships of the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports Football held at Navi Mumbai on Friday. The goals were scored by Freestar Kharbangar, who was also declared the man of the match. With this, the young boys representing the state will now play in the finals on January 7.
