SHILLONG: The executive member of Dorbar Hima Shella Confederacy, Ksanlah K Kondro who was recently ostracized by the Dorbar Shnong Shella has decided to take the matter to the court.

“The high-handedness of the Secretary Dorbar Shnong Shella, Tobias Tiewdop will be reviewed by the court and I don’t intend to take this man by force but rather take the matter to the court”, Ksanlah said.

Ksanlah mentioned that he was selected as the member of the executive committee of the Dorbar Hima Shella Confederacy by the Dorbar Shnong but after he along with five other members of the EC had raised a complaint against Sutish Wahadar at the KHADC, he was ostracized by the Dorbar Shnong with the majority of only 17 members stating that “I am a member of the Dorbar Hima Shella Confederacy which is baseless”, he said.

“Just because Sutish is related to Tobias, they have conspired against me and the other 69 other members of the Dorbar Shnong”, he said while adding that the matter has been taken to the Guahati High Court, Shillong Bench while seeking the intervention of the KHADC, SDO Civil Sohra, Deputy Commissioner of East Khasi Hills and the Law department on the matter.

Meanwhile, Acting Wahadar of Dorbar Hima Shella Confederacy, Wallambok L Mawphlang said the Dorbar Hima condemned the autocratic attitude of the secretary of the Dorbar Shnong Shella for removing the 69 members of the Dorbar on baseless ground.
