SHILLONG: At least two schools in the city have been found to be openly violating the MBOSE rules on suspending classes during the Board examinations. The Executive Chairman, MBOSE, EP Kharbhih, who seems unaware about this trend in the two schools, has, however, assured of stern action against these school principals, after necessary verification.
It is learnt that normal classes were conducted on Monday and Tuesday at the All Saints’ Diocesan HS School despite the school being an examination centre both for the SSLC and the HSSLC examinations.
Also in Lady Keane Girls’ HS School, regular classes were being conducted for classes IX and X in open violation of the MBOSE directives.
