SHILLONG: UDP’s Umsn-ing Circle has unanimously decided to forward the name of its president Lurshai Wahlang to the district election committee (DEC) for contesting the upcoming Assembly election due in 2013 from Umroi. This decision to nominate Wahlang was taken in a meeting held on Monday last.
