Fancy Bazar shuts down protesting terror attack on CRPF in Kashmir

GUWAHATI: Fancy Bazar, the main business hub in the city as well as the state has remained close on Saturday in protest against the dastardly attack on CRPF personnel by Pakistan-based Jaish-e- Mohammad terror outfit.

The residents and traders of Fancy Bazar locality took out a protest march earlier on Saturday shouting ‘Pakistan Mordabad’, ‘JeM Mordabad’. The protestors burnt Pakistani flag and effigy of JeM chief Massod Azhar.

The protesters demand exemplary punishment to the perpetrators of Pulwama terror attack in Kashmir in which 45 CRPF jawan including one, Maneswar Basumatary, from Assam perished.
