Hek to leave for Singapore

SHILLONG: Health Minister AL Hek and a few officials will leave for Singapore on Wednesday to get its expertise to set up a Mobile Hospital Unit in the state.
Hek said the 20-bed mobile hospital will be of great help during the National Games 2022.
According to Hek, this will also be beneficial to treat patients in need of emergency service. He had already written to the Union health, tribal affairs and DoNER ministers for financial assistance since the unit will cost Rs 16 crore.
