Meghalaya Cabinet approves account, finance services rulers

SHILLONG: The State Cabinet on Tuesday approved amendments in Meghalaya, Accounts Service Rules, Meghalaya Financial Services Rules and  Meghalaya local funds audit service rules. This was informed by the Home Minister, james Sangma

The State Cabinet also discussed the Governors address for the next Budget session of  Meghalaya Legislative Assembly beginning from March 8.

Home Minister, James Sangma said that the Cabinet had discussed the Governors address but it had left it to the Chief Minister to approve the draft.
