Shillong: Two persons were killed when two trucks collided in East Jaintia Hills.
On March 12, an accident took place at Umtyra NH-6 (EJH) between two trucks (AS-01-BC-7391 & TR-01S-1723) driven by Jugal Jamatia and Md. Faharul Alom Barbhuiya respectively. As a result, drivers of both the trucks sustained injuries and were shifted to CHC Khliehriat for treatment. Later, both the injured drivers succumbed to their injuries.
