SHILLONG: Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma and Health minister AL Hek have condoled the death of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar
Conrad Sangma said that in his death, they have lost a friend, a politician who had committed his life for the people.
On the other hand, Hek also recalled his association with the leader saying he has always helped the people,
He also recalled an incident when Manohar Parrikar as the Defence minister helped him in stopping the transfer of an officer from Shillong to Guwahati.
