TURA: The Chairperson of Meghalaya Human Rights Commission (MHRC), Dr. Justice Aftab H Saikia, will be visiting East Garo Hills on April 2 and 3.
According to an official communique issued by the Deputy Commissioner, Dr. Justice Saikia will also conduct an Awareness Programme on Human Rights at Loyola College on April 3 where the headmen and the leaders of NGOs will also participate.
