SHILLONG: On superannuation of Chief Secretary and State Vigilance Commissioner Y Tsering on Sunday, Chairman, Administrative Reforms and Additional Chief Secretary, Civil Defence and Home Guards, P S Thangkhiew, will hold charge of the office of the chief secretary, a government notification said.
