MCS officer dies of heart attack in office

SHILLONG: The joint secretary of Meghalaya Urban Affairs Department, Donny M Wallang passed away in Tuesday while in the office after suffering a heart attack. He fell ill at around 1 pm and rushed to Shillong Civil Hospital where he was declared dead. He was a senior Meghalaya Civil Service (MCS) officer.
