SK Sunn elected President of Shillong Sports Association

SHILLONG:  The Shillong Sports Association held its annual general meeting and election of office bearers at the SSA Office in Polo Ground on Saturday.
At the annual general meeting and election held, Syntar Klas Sunn who also dons many hats among Mawphlang MLA as well as key Rangdajied United figure was designated as the President of the Shillong Sports Association on a four-year term.
Apart from Sunn, RA Lyngdoh (Vice-President), SS Rapthap (General Secretary), Cliff Nongrum (Volleyball Secretary), Freddy Kharpran (Women’s Football Secretary) and council members Kiran Joshi, Bantyllilang Nari, Laban SC President Sammy Myrthong and Wallambok Kharsati, need special mention. As per the scheduled program, the first sitting of the new council will see the appointment of the Assistant Secretary for football and members of all the branch committees.
