20-year-old drowns in WJH river

JOWAI: A twenty-year old youth identified as Ngeitmon Pala-from Sakhain village, East Jaintia Hills drowned on Wednesday at Thlu-muwi river under Amlarem Subdivision  in West Jaintia Hills.
His body is not yet recoverd and the police has sought the help of Fire and Emergency Service team to help pull it out.
The youth is undergoing training as security guard at Bosco Pnar Institute, Muhmyntdu Jowai and he went to Thlu-Muwi for sight seeing along with his friends.
