SHILLONG: KP Pangniang, Co-chairman of Meghalaya State Development Reforms Commission (MSDRC), has written to James Sangma, Power Minister, urging him to stop the proposed survey/construction of dam for the Khulsi Hydro project by Brahmaputra Board, Assam. He maintained that 25 villages would be badly affected displacing them from their land.
