Shillong: IG CRPF North Eastern Sector, CRPF Prakash D paid a visit to the 120 Bn CRPF situated in Tura.
On his arrival, he was received by Commandant Sh. B.C. Dalbehera and other officers. He was also given a ceremonial Guard of Honour. Later, the IG visited all the important wings of the battalion. He interacted with jawans and officers.
He congratulated everyone on the successful completion of the election process.
The operational preparedness in the unit was also reviewed. DIG Western Range Sh. Passi, DC, Sh. Ramsingh and SP. Dr. M.G. Raghavendra Kumar also met the IG and discussed the prevailing security situation in the region.
