New Delhi: After working in international projects like Brick Lane and Shadows of Time, actress Tannishtha Chatterjee is now focusing on Indian films. She will be seen in I Love NY, in which she will romance Sunny Deol.
Directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru, I Love NY is a romantic comedy that also stars Kangana Ranaut and Navin Chowdhry. The movie has been shot in New York and Chicago, said a statement.
Tannishtha will be seen dating Sunny Deol in the movie, while Kangana and Navin are paired with each other.
Other than this, Tannishtha has also shot for two cop-gangster stories, BMW (Bombay’s Most Wanted) and Monsoon Shootout.
In Bombay’s Most Wanted, the actress plays a bar singer and is paired with Javed Jaafferi and Vijay Raaz. In Monsoon Shootout, which is being co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, the actress plays a gangster’s wife.
As far as international project goes, she wrapped up shooting for Joe Wright’s Anna Karenina in the northwestern Russian town of Petrozavodsk. (IANS)
