Tlang urges fans to support women’s world cup

SHILLONG: The general secretary of East Jaintia Hills District Football Association Coming TM Tlang stressed the need of supporting FIFA women’s football world cup starting from Thursday. In the male dominated football, women need encouragement, Tlang said, adding East Jaintia Hills District Football Association is the only body conducting regular women’s league for the last two years.
