Aibiris Mawlong of Mawpat, Shillong lodged a complaint that on June 3 around 6 pm, she found that unknown miscreants broke into her house and stole cash Rs. 10,000 and electronic items.
Threat to behead woman over alleged affair
A woman lodged a complaint that on June 3 around 7.50 pm, a group of seven people led by Sophia Kharbuli entered her house and started pouring a mixture of human urine mixed with pepper over her body, assaulted her, dragged her out and threatened to behead her, alleging her of having an affair with someone’s husband.

Bank officials attacked
Prainesh Ch Marak lodged a complaint that on June 3 around 7.35 pm, while he was transporting the staff of SBI Rongjeng Branch (EGH), from Rongjeng to Dudhnoi, Assam in a Bolero vehicle (AS-01-DA-4258), three unidentified miscreants reportedly armed with country-made gun, attempted to stop them at Abrong Wa’geasi village (NGH) by firing at the vehicle. However, they managed to escape without suffering any casualty.

Missing
Saphil Sheikh of Sonapur, Assam lodged a complaint that on May 31 around 4.30 pm, his brother Shri Samirul Islam (40 yrs) while traveling from Sonapur, Assam towards Garo Hills for transportation of cashew nuts in a Bolero pick-up (AS-17C-2609) driven by Shaka Babu, they stopped the vehicle at Lower Bamonpara near Tekteng A’ding (WGH), where two unidentified persons were waiting for them. Samirul Islam got down from the vehicle and accompanied the two unidentified persons in their motorcycle (number not known) and since then he was found missing and his mobile phone switched off.

Documents snatched
Notjeng T Sangma lodged a complaint that on May 28, while his twenty-one-year-old daughter was in a Xerox shop at Araimile, Tura (WGH), Sengwat S Sangma of Katchu A’dok under Dalu PS (WGH), snatched her educational certificates / documents from her. The complaint further stated that previously, the accused had an affair with his daughter and after impregnating her, the accused illegally forced her to undergo abortion and also threatened her with dire consequences.
