SHILLONG: A traffic snarl occurred in Quinton Road in Police Bazar area on Wednesday due to haphazard parking of a vehicle.
As the vehicle was parked haphazardly, the traffic was in a standstill in the entire stretch for almost half an hour.
Later, police personnel were deployed and the vehicle was towed away.
Police said that fine will be imposed on the vehicle for haphazard parking.
