SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) Nongthymmai circle has condemned the culprits involved in killing Iohbianghun Sahkhar and asked the police to arrest them.
Sahkhar’s body was found at Umbir, Ri-Bhoi in a private forest on Thursday.
In a statement issued here on Monday, the president of HYC Nongthymmai Circle, Enlang Sawian has urged the police department to follow up and nab the culprits.
The organisation extended condolences to the bereaved family.
