No relief to church leader

SHILLONG: The District Sessions Court disposed of a petition and did not grant any relief to church functionary Kyrsoibor Pyrtuh.
Pyrtuh had sought interim injunction/stay order against the suspension order of the Khasi Jaintia Presbyterian Synod Sepngi.
It may be mentioned that the KJP Synod Sepngi had suspended Pyrtuh recently. Advocate Kishore Ch Gautam is the counsel for Pyrtuh and advocate Fenela L Nonglait for KJP Synod Sepngi.
