SHILLONG: Khun Hynniewtrep National Awakening Movement (KHNAM) MLA Adelbert Nongrum conducted a joint inspection with traditional heads of four Dorbar Shnongs that is Wahingdoh, Lawmali and Riatsamthiah, Jaiaw Shyiap & Lumpyllon on widening the road from the bridge at Jaiaw Lumjingthang Briew.
The road widening will start from the bridge and will extend till Ganesh Das Hospital.He said the road often gets congested during school hours, when programmes are held at the Community hall. He suggested that it can be done as a preparation for the 2022 National Games.
