Local body nabs non-tribals without valid documents

SHILLONG: The United Hynniewtrep Movement (UHM) Nongstoin circle apprehended outsiders who were doing business without proper documents.
The UHM West Khasi Hills District Unit was led by president, Ferdinand Shangpliang and vice president W Lyngdoh apprehended them and gave them a warning.
