SHILLONG: One Sper Rymbai, who allegedly killed his wife Jally Dkhar on March 8 at Khliehmyntriang village in Jaintia Hills, has managed to secure anticipatory bail from the court of Sub divisional magistrate of Khliehriat Civil Sub-Division.
The court granted anticipatory bail to Rymbai on April 4.
An FIR was lodge, but the police have not taken any step to arrest the accused.
Meanwhile, AJYWO and CSWO criticized the court for granting the anticipatory bail saying “there is a prima facie evidence against the accused.”
