SHILLONG: The NEHU Inter College Football (Women) Tournament 2019 began with a short opening ceremony where Assistant Director (Sports), N. Das graced the occasion as Chief Guest. On Monday, two matches are played. First match was played between St. Edmund’s College v/s Shillong College, where Shillong College defeated St. Edmund’s College by 2-0. The second match was played between Kiang Nangbah Govt. College v/s Nongstoin College, in normal time the score was level without any goal. In tie breaker Kiang Nagbah Govt. College defeated Nongstoin College by 4-3.
