10-yr-old boy yet to be traced

SHILLONG: Search teams have not yet been able to make any breakthrough in tracing ten-year-old Juristar Sawkmie who was washed away by the strong current of the Umkhrah River on Saturday.

Police teams and residents of Mawlai Nonglum conducted fresh search operations on Sunday but they have not been able to trace the boy.

Juristar accidentally fell into the river while watching the strong current of the river following heavy rains in the city on Saturday.
