SHILLONG: Shella constituency has to be developed with basic infrastructure before bringing in the demand for Sohra district, working president of the People’s Democratic Front (PDF), Banteidor Lyngdoh said during a campaign for PDF candidate Mosjo R Wanswett in Mawmluh on Friday. It may be mentioned that there had been a demand for Sohra district in recent years.
At the public meeting, some Congress and UDP members joined the PDF.
