SHILLONG: Continuing its crackdown against drugs, a joint team of ANTF and Lumshnong Police Station personnel recovered 1.92 grams of heroin, two syringes and empty vials from the occupants of a Maruti vehicle (ML-04A-7941) at Lumshnong in East Jaintia Hills on Thursday evening.
Three persons identified as Teibor Rymbai, Chantre Niangti and Kantious Pohleng have been arrested.
The recovered items and the vehicle have been seized and a case has been registered.
An investigation has also been launched into the matter.
