The ‘human traffic’ scenario

Commuters waiting for cabs in an indisciplined manner at the Khyndai Lad junction. Much of the traffic jam in this area is caused by commuters who come out to the middle of the street in order to get a cab. The human density makes vehicular movement slow and maneuvering difficult. (ST)
