Shillong: With an aim to extend help and support to the addicts as well as their family members, the Jingiaseng Dong Mission of the Mawkhar Presbyterian Church in collaboration with SANKER inaugurated a Counselling Centre at the community halls of Mission here on Saturday. This centre which is supposed to cater to the people of these areas was formally launched by Rev DE Syiem.
It was mentioned that the Community Hall of the Dorbar Shnong Mission will also be the venue of the weekly meeting and Counseling Centre. The Centre will be opening every Wednesday, from 5:00 P.M to around 6:30 P.M with experts from SANKER to help those in need of assistance.
