Lajong, Nongkseh play out draw

SHILLONG: Nongkseh SC and Shillong Lajong played a 1-1 draw in the U-14 SSA Football Tournament (Group C) at the Polo Ground here on Friday. The first goal was scored by Lajong player Jeziel Tariang in the 15th minute while Jefferson Thabah equalised in the 44th minute for Nongkseh and both teams took home one point each.  Shillong Lajong Junior Reds will play their next match against Mawpat SC on March 4.
