GUWAHATI: Eight more persons have been tested positive for COVID-19 in Assam as per tests conducted in Jorhat Medical College Hospital in Assam taking the tally in the state up to 13, as informed by the state Health and Family Welfare Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma in his twitter handle on Wednesday night.
Alert ~ 8 more #COVID19 positive cases in Assam, taking the total to 13.
All eight new cases are of people who also participated in #TablighiJamaat congregation at #NizamuddinMarkaz.
