TURA: Fifteen persons working in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) of East Garo Hills (EGH) at Williamnagar have been directed to undergo self quarantine as a precautionary measure following the detection of the first COVID-19 infection in the state at Shillong’s Bethany Hospital and the subsequent death of the patient, a  doctor, on Wednesday morning.

The fifteen persons have been asked to quarantine at their respective homes as the CJM  of the court had visited the Bethany Hospital in Shillong for a medical check-up last month.
