Acid thrown on animal
The Sordar and VDP president, Warmawsaw village, lodged a complaint that on April 26, two persons — Gentleman Mawblei and Basanroy Doloi — threw acid at an ox belonging to Sting Sangkli at Warmawsaw village, Ri Bhoi.
Assault
Kwerina Makri verbally reported at Nongpoh PS that on April 29, circa 11 am, one Nait Syngkli and others assaulted her brother Asterious Makri (23) at Umbam, Mawbuh, Ri Bhoi. As a result, the victim sustained injuries and was shifted to Civil Hospital, Nongpoh.
