Assam to screen cancer patients in Mumbai for COVID-19 status

GUWAHATI: Assam government  is  screening 202 cancer patients from the state now stranded in Mumbai by engaging a private laboratory to find out their COVID-19 status.

The step has been taken after three cancer patients from the state were found COVID-19 positive in Delhi, according to Assam Health Minister, Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma.
