NONGPOH: The secretary of the Ri Bhoi District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) has set up a help desk in the office of the district and sessions judge here to help the poor during the lockdown. It will attend to cases like domestic violence, eviction of tenants and non-payment of wages, among others. DLSA will also help people in need of inter-state and inter-district car passes for emergency and medical cases and one can call on 6033145746.
