Doctor flees quarantine with brother in J&K’s Poonch

Jammu : Authorities on Friday lodged an FIR against a doctor and his brother who escaped from quarantine in J&K’s Poonch district.

Police said the doctor and his brother escaped from an administrative quarantine in Mendhar tehsil of Poonch district.

“The doctor came back along with his brother at 12.30 p.m. today after he unauthorisedly left the quarantine in violation of the laid down rules and procedure. An FIR has been lodged against both violators and action mandated by law will be taken against them”, police said.
