GUWAHATI: With detection of 81 new COVID-19 positive cases — 40 in Hojai, nine in Dhemaji, seven in Barpeta, seven in Nagaon, four in Biswanath, four in Airport, three in Sonitpur, two in Karbi Anglong, two in Tinsukia, one in Morigaon, one in Dibrugarh and one in Lakhimpur – total number cases in the state has gone up to 2324 this noon.
The figure includes 1808 active cases, 509 discharged patients and four deaths
