SHILLONG: The Federation of Khasi Jaintia and Garo People (FKJGP), East Khasi Hills District, has demanded the arrest of the American aid worker who allegedly assaulted a doctor of Shillong Civil Hospital.
In a statement issued here, president of the federation, Elton Cliff Warjri, also accused the US aid worker, Theodore Moallem, of using abusive language against the frontline workers. The organisation, at the same time, also expressed gratitude to all frontline health workers who are working tirelessly to contain the spread of COVID-19.
