Fingerling distributed at Mawpyrshong

 SHILLONG: The Meghalaya Youth Foundation (MYF) in collaboration with the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), Umiam conducted a ‘Fingerling distribution cum demonstration on fish rearing for livelihood improvement under TSP plan’ to the farmers of Mawpyrshong village in East Khasi Hills District on Tuesday.

Different hybrid varieties of fish lings were release in four community ponds of the village and five individual farmers also received fingerlings on the day.
