SHILLONG: The Hynniewtrep National Youth Front (HNYF) on Monday met the SDO (E) MEPDCL to seek clarification on the increased electricity bills in Shillong and rural areas. The organisation said that the main office is to be blamed as it sent workers who are under training.
The SDO said that if the public are getting increased amount of electricity bill, they can meet him and show him the bills.
