Six IAS officers transferred

Gandhinagar: Gujarat government has transferred six senior IAS officers, including the Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Home Varesh Sinha. who has been transferred as ACS, Finance.

The state government also transferred Principal Secretary, Enviornment and Forest Department SK Nanda to Home department on Thursday night.

H K Das, Principal Secretary, Narmada, Water resources, Kalpsar department, has been transferred as Principal Secretary, Enviornment and Forest department.

Managing Director, Civil Supply Corporation Rajivkumar Gupta has been transferred to the post of Principal Secretary, Narmada, Water resources and Kalpsar department.

K Nivas, who was Joint Managing Director, Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam, has been now made Secretary, General administration department (Personal) and additional charge of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Rashtriya Ekta Trust.

The trust has been entrusted with the task of commissioning the ambitious Statue of Unity’ in memory of Sardar Patel in Narmada district. (UNI)
