Shillong: Chief Minister Dr. Mukul Sangma’s mother-in-law, Sohini D Shira, breathed her last on Friday morning after prolonged illness. Official sources informed that she had developed discomfort in her chest and was rushed to Tura Civil Hospital where she breathed her last on Friday morning.
