SHILLONG: The Achik Mother’s Association on Thursday apprehended a trader identified as Sahil from Assam for allegedly abusing and using indecent words on some women vegetable sellers in the Tura Super market, Tura. Irked by his behaviour, the members of the association even shaved off his head and made him to knell down. Sahil was later handed over to police.
