SHILLONG:  Meghalaya’s Social Welfare Minister Kyrmen Shylla along with Commissioner  and Secretary Sampath Kumar on Friday launched  Nasha Mukt Bharat Campaign in of the State and released the Meghalaya Drug Abuse Prevention Policy, 2020 at Yojana Bhavan  here.
