IIM organises yoga session for students

SHILLONG: The cultural committee of the PGPEx-MBEE programme of IIM Shillong organised a virtual yoga session to help students cope with the challenges and manage self amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The session, was attended by students from across the country, was held with the support of ‘Isha Foundation’ of Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev.
The virtual yoga session, which was named ‘Yogic Tools for Well-being’, included three main practices of well-being, viz. Yoga for Success – Neck Practice, Yoga for Immunity – Simha Kriya, and Shambhavi Mudra.
Students from across the country attended the session, while being stuck away from the 7th heaven campus of IIMs.
