Two arrested in city

Shillong: Police arrested two local youths for assaulting a newspaper vendor at Khyndai Lad at around 4.30pm here on Monday. The arrested persons have been identified as Rudolf Kharbuli (27) and Marbet Marbaniang (18) of Malki Nongshilliang.
