Kate Middleton is re
portedly expecting
her first child with husband Prince William.
The couple, who tied the knot April 29 last year, has reportedly been trying to conceive for some time and are overjoyed over their baby news.
“Friends say Kate is convinced it’s happened, and while she and William are keeping the news close to the vest, they’re delirious with joy,” showbizspy.com quoted a source as saying.
A formal announcement is expected.
“It would be formally (announced) through the palace press office, but only after the royal gynaecologist is absolutely convinced that Kate is in peak condition,” said the source.
The news follows months of speculation that the couple has been eager to have a child, and in a previous interview William refused to confirm or deny reports of a pregnancy. (IANS)
