SHILLONG, Dec 21: Five new cases of COVID-19 were reported on Monday, one of the lowest fresh single-day cases since the outbreak of the virus in Meghalaya, which took the active caseload to 432 even as 72 more people recovered.
The recovery figure surged to 12,692.
